Howard Goldberg
President As President of the World Boxing Federation (WBF), I provide the highest level of leadership and represent the organization worldwide. I am responsible for defining the federation's long-term vision and strategic direction while safeguarding its integrity, values, and international reputation. Working closely with the CEO and the Executive Board, I oversee major organizational decisions and support the continued growth and global development of the WBF. My responsibilities include appointing key officials and international representatives, strengthening relationships with national boxing commissions, promoters, managers, sanctioning bodies, and international partners, and promoting the WBF on the global stage. I represent the federation at World Championship events, official ceremonies, international meetings, negotiations, and industry conferences. A key part of my role is to promote the development of professional boxing worldwide while ensuring that the WBF operates according to the highest standards of fairness, transparency, professionalism, and sporting integrity.

Christian Roesen
Executive Director As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the World Boxing Federation (WBF), I am responsible for the overall strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the organization. My duties include developing and implementing the federation's global strategy, overseeing international championship activities, and ensuring compliance with WBF rules and regulations. I oversee the approval of championship contests, sanctioning of title fights, appointment of officials, and supervision of regulatory and licensing procedures. Additionally, I lead the federation's commercial development, including international partnerships, business development, marketing, and event expansion. I represent the WBF at international boxing events, official meetings, and negotiations, while ensuring the integrity, credibility, and continued growth of the organization worldwide.

Ben Bakic
Executive Assistance As Executive Assistant to the CEO of the World Boxing Federation (WBF), I provide strategic and operational support in the management of international boxing activities. My responsibilities include coordinating communication with boxing commissions, promoters, managers, officials, and international partners, as well as organizing championship events and World Title fights. I coordinate and review matchmaking activities, ensuring that proposed bouts meet WBF regulations and title requirements while facilitating communication between all involved parties. In addition, I prepare and manage contracts, official documentation, licensing matters, and correspondence, coordinate the CEO's international schedule and travel arrangements, and represent the WBF at national and international boxing events and official functions.
